We do not participate in negotiations, payments, or legal documentation.

All deals, discussions, and transactions are strictly between the interested buyer/renter and the listed broker/agent.

HouseSaga is not liable for any communication, agreements, or disputes that occur between third parties.

6. Accuracy of Listings

We work hard to verify and maintain accurate property listings. However:

HouseSaga is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate property data

Users should independently verify all details before making any decisions

7. User Inquiries & Communication
